Are you feeling overwhelmed by life? Struggling to balance work, relationships, and well-being? Is anxiety taking its toll? My name is Patricia Johnson, and I am Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with 18 years of experience and founder of BeAtitudes Wellness Center, LLC. One of my goals is to assist you on your journey through today’s complex challenges by using evidenced-based counseling techniques and methods, as well as applying Christian principles to facilitate emotional wellbeing and wholeness.
Confidential support is provided in a nonjudgmental safe space for adolescents and adults dealing with trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, and marital or relationship issues. We will work together to tackle stressors, build resilience, or find clarity in order to help you experience a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Recognizing that every person has a unique story and personal strengths, individualized treatment plans are designed to meet your specific needs. Together, we can work to define your authentic self, reconnect with your true identity, and reclaim your autonomy, helping you to embrace the person God has created you to be.
Currently, virtual counseling sessions are offered, providing the convenience and comfort of receiving support from anywhere in Texas where you have privacy and an internet connection. This flexibility can help reduce stress and make it easier to fit therapy into your busy schedule.

Hello, I’m Kenia Johnson, Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A) and Geek Therapy® Certified (GTC).
Are you consistently anxious, stressed, or have a profound sense of sadness? Are you seeking genuine connection with others? Wanting to improve your self-confidence and assertiveness? Searching for peace and balance in a time of chaos? Looking for healing, wholeness, and stability?
Life can be a tumultuous journey, and we all face challenges that can feel overwhelming. If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or emotional turmoil – know that you are not defined by your struggles; you are defined by your strength in overcoming them. Seeking counseling is a courageous step towards healing and can provide you with the help and support you need. It can be hard to open up and talk about what you’re going through, but I’m here to listen and to understand in a safe and confidential space. Christian principles can be incorporated into the sessions to align with your spiritual journey.
Geek Therapy ® can offer a unique and creative approach tailored to those who connect with fandoms, gaming, and pop culture. These geek-centered methods, along with traditional therapeutic techniques, can help you navigate challenges in a way that resonates deeply with your identity and passions. Whether it’s drawing strength from your favorite stories, using gaming to explore resilience, or relating to heroes overcoming adversity – these elements can be integrated to support your growth. What is the attitude that you need to achieve who you want to be?

Hello Everyone! My name is Alicia Snider, Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate. I have obtained my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Houston Baptist University. I would like to use my degree to work in trauma. I think this is one of the best ways to help rehabilitate people. It might help them create a second chance for themselves. Though eventually I would love to get a PhD in clinical psychology. My goal is to one day be able to work in research. The idea of being able to understand why people do things and learn how to modify their behavior is fascinating to me.
I truly love to read action and romance novels. Being with my family in Mexico and going to beach is also extremely relaxing for me. Family is very important to me. Lastly, I would say in recent years I have become intrigued by the fact there is not much research on how therapy affects biracial and multiracial people. As a biracial person, I would love to one day be able to conduct research or simply learn more about the dynamics of biracial families and what therapies most benefit them.
